JetBridge Aviation | Employer Partnerships

Two ways to partner. One workforce strategy built around your operation.

Targeted recruiting when you need to hire. Ongoing workforce connections when you’re planning for what’s next.

No two aviation maintenance operations have identical workforce needs. A specialized Part 145 repair station, a growing MRO and a major aircraft operator may require different technical qualifications, hiring volumes, geographic coverage and long-term talent strategies.

JetBridge Aviation offers two approaches to employer engagement, with services and commercial terms tailored to the operation. Whether you need to fill a specific position or want to build a more deliberate talent pipeline, we begin by understanding your business.

Why Partner Earlier

Build talent relationships before your next vacancy.

Your workforce needs don’t begin when a vacancy opens. A Founding Employer Partnership is designed to start candidate engagement earlier, with employer-specific workforce planning, career exposure and targeted recruiting working together in one coordinated effort.

The Two Ways to Work With JetBridge

Choose the approach that fits your workforce needs.

Option 01

Direct-hire recruiting

For employers hiring for a defined technical position.

A targeted recruitment engagement focused on an immediate or clearly defined aviation maintenance vacancy.

Potential services

  • Understanding the position and its technical requirements.
  • Targeted outreach to prospective technicians.
  • Preliminary review of qualifications, experience, location and interest.
  • Candidate introductions with appropriate consent.
  • Coordination alongside your existing recruiting team.
  • Agreed follow-up where included in the engagement.

Commercial structure

A direct-hire placement fee is established in a written agreement before recruitment begins. No ongoing monthly workforce partnership is required for this model.

Best suited for: employers seeking qualified applicants for specific positions without an ongoing pipeline engagement.

Option 02

Founding Employer Partnership

For employers who want to develop a more consistent, employer-specific workforce pipeline.

An ongoing collaboration designed around both current and anticipated workforce needs. Instead of beginning each search only when a vacancy opens, this proposed model emphasizes earlier connections, employer visibility, technical career awareness and continued workforce coordination.

Potential services, depending on agreed scope

  • Employer-specific talent pipeline planning.
  • Ongoing engagement of interested technical candidates.
  • Workforce needs and qualification mapping.
  • Employer-approved presentations and career exposure, with appropriate coordination with education and workforce organizations.
  • Recurring pipeline updates and workforce feedback.
  • Direct-hire introductions when suitable opportunities arise.

Commercial structure

A customized monthly partnership fee for agreed ongoing services, plus a separately agreed fee for each successful direct hire. The founding-partner model is intended to provide preferential direct-hire pricing compared with standalone recruiting. Final pricing, scope, deliverables, terms and discounts are defined in a written proposal.

Best suited for: employers with recurring hiring needs, expansion plans, anticipated workforce transitions, or an interest in connecting with developing technical talent earlier.

Customized to Your Operation

Your workforce needs determine the strategy.

Every engagement begins with your operation. We consider four things.

01

Your technical environment

Airframe maintenance, avionics, component repair, bench operations, business aviation, commercial operations and other relevant maintenance specialties.

02

Your hiring requirements

Required certifications, technical experience, schedules, work location, compensation and anticipated hiring volume.

03

Your existing resources

Internal recruiting teams, training programs, school relationships, apprenticeships and current workforce-development efforts.

04

Your longer-term priorities

Recurring vacancies, technical succession, new capabilities, planned growth and opportunities to engage emerging talent.

The objective is to identify where JetBridge can provide relevant additional support that builds on what your organization already does well. For the repair-station version of this conversation, see Part 145 workforce solutions and MRO recruiting.

How Engagements Are Structured

Clear expectations before any commitment.

01

Discovery

We discuss your operation, current recruiting priorities, technical workforce requirements and longer-term needs.

Conversation
02

Custom proposal

JetBridge prepares an engagement proposal outlining the recommended model, included activities, service boundaries, fees, payment conditions and proposed duration.

In writing
03

Agreed collaboration

Once terms are approved in writing, both parties understand the scope of the engagement, respective responsibilities and next steps.

Your approval

Submitting an inquiry starts a conversation. A paid engagement begins when you approve written terms. The stages of the work itself are described on how JetBridge works.

Transparent Pricing Without a Generic Rate Card

The right partnership starts with the right scope.

Choose a targeted direct-hire search or an ongoing Founding Employer Partnership. Partnerships include agreed workforce pipeline activities and are intended to carry preferential direct-hire fees compared with standalone recruiting. Every engagement is customized to your operation, with complete pricing provided in writing before commitment.

Direct-hire recruiting

A separately agreed fee for a defined recruitment engagement and resulting placement.

The fee and conditions are set out in the written agreement before recruitment begins.

Founding Employer Partnerships

A customized monthly fee for defined ongoing pipeline activities.

Separately agreed preferential per-hire terms apply when a hire results. The monthly fee covers the pipeline activities in your proposal.

All fees, deliverables, payment triggers, applicable conditions and service limits are disclosed in the employer’s proposal before an engagement is authorized.

Complementing What Employers Already Do

Built to work alongside your team.

Many aviation employers have capable internal recruiters, technical trainers, apprenticeship programs and established relationships with schools. JetBridge is designed to complement these efforts.

We focus on understanding the operation, engaging potentially relevant talent, communicating realistic career expectations and exploring employer-approved ways to connect developing technicians with the industry. The approach is especially relevant to organizations that want to strengthen the connection between workforce demand and the next generation of technical professionals.

Hiring decisions stay with the employer. For the wider picture of why employers are collaborating on talent, read the aviation technician shortage and aviation workforce development.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions employers ask.

Do I need an ongoing subscription to hire through JetBridge?

No. Employers can discuss a standalone direct-hire recruitment engagement.

How is a founding partnership different?

A founding partnership is designed around agreed ongoing workforce pipeline activities rather than solely an individual vacancy. It includes a monthly partnership fee and separately agreed direct-hire terms.

Why aren’t fixed prices published?

Engagements differ by technical requirements, geography, hiring volume and scope of services. Employers receive specific commercial terms in writing before committing.

Can JetBridge work with our existing recruiters or school programs?

Yes. Our approach is intended to complement existing recruiting and workforce-development activities. Any school engagement or candidate introduction requires the appropriate approvals.

What does a partnership include?

The activities, deliverables and responsibilities of each party are set out in your proposal. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and outcomes depend on the agreed scope and market conditions.
