What Happens Next

From intake to candidates.

  • We confirm the requirement with you, including compensation against the local market.
  • We recruit against it directly: our technician network, aviation maintenance programs and targeted outreach.
  • You receive qualified candidates attached to the requirement, with the reasoning included.
  • After placement, we check in with both sides at 30, 60 and 90 days.

JetBridge places permanent direct hires. We do not currently provide contract or temporary staffing. Fees, replacement coverage and payment terms are agreed in writing before a search begins.
