For Schools & Career Services

Career Services has the talent. Employers have the demand. JetBridge connects the two.

We bring live employer requirements to aviation maintenance programs so graduates reach real repair stations, and we do not replace the school's education or Career Services function.

The Model

You educate. We bring the demand.

JetBridge works alongside aviation education and Career Services teams by bringing live employer requirements, role specifications, candidate matching, interview coordination and hiring-market feedback. We do not replace the school's education or Career Services function.

Roughly one in three available aviation maintenance school seats sits unfilled, while the United States is projected to need about 13,100 aircraft and avionics technicians every year through 2035. The pipeline problem is not only enrollment. It is also the distance between a graduating class and the employers who need them.

What We Bring

Employer demand,
in writing.

01

Live Employer Requirements

Real openings with the detail attached: role, certificate level, aircraft platform, shift, location, compensation range and start date.

Current Openings
02

Role Specifications

What a repair station actually expects on day one, so students understand the difference between an A&P role, a bench role, a structures role and a helper role.

Student Clarity
03

Candidate Matching

Matching your graduates and near-graduates to requirements that fit their background, location and testing timeline, with their consent.

Consent-Based
04

Hiring-Market Feedback

What employers in your region are paying, what they are competing against, and which skills are showing up in requirements. Useful for advising and for program planning.

Boundaries

What we do not do.

  • We do not replace your Career Services function or your employer relationships.
  • We do not teach, certify, advise on curriculum or represent ourselves as part of a program.
  • We do not charge students. Ever. Employers pay our fees.
  • We do not contact a student or share a resume without that person's explicit consent.
  • We do not claim a school relationship publicly unless it has been formally agreed in writing.
How A Partnership Works

Four steps.
No obligation.

01

Introductory Conversation

We learn your program, your graduation cadence, your regional employers and where your Career Services team already has coverage.

02

Requirement Sharing

We send current employer requirements in a format Career Services can hand directly to students, with pay and location included.

03

Student-Led Opt In

Students choose whether to build a JetBridge profile. Nothing moves without them. There is never a cost to a student.

04

Outcome Reporting

You get back what happened: introductions made, placements landed, compensation achieved and what employers said about readiness.
